Hana Song was a professional StarCraft player known as D.Va (short for “Defense of the Vanguard” or simply her gamertag). Thanks to her incredible reflexes and gaming skills, she was recruited by the South Korean military to pilot a combat mech called MEKA (Mobile Exo-Force of the Korean Army) against Omnic threats off the coast of Korea.
