Razzle & Dazzle's heads are comedy and tragedy masks. Razzle, being the white comedy mask, is smiling with gray blush underneath his eyes on his cheeks. Dazzle, being the gray, almost black tragedy mask, has white tear streams falling down her cheeks and a worried expression on her face. Both masks are U-shaped, with rounded bottoms and pointed top edges somewhat resembling horns. They have red necks resembling ribbons. They are separate toons.
Glisten is a circular mirror with a smirk on his face and a light golden border and body. His border swirls at the top of his head, giving the appearance of hair and he has pink blush underneath his eyes. He has a large pink bow behind him that is tied around his chest and wears white leg warmers with pink glitter spots.
Bobbete's head is a bauble with a heart shaped hook, her skin is red and she wears a green and white sweater. Bassie's head is a basket with flowers in it, the flowers are plastic with lavender scented spray, Bassie wears a flower dress.
Scraps is a yellow, cat-like paper craft. Her head is hexagonal with pointed salmon-colored ears that each have a fold down the middle (vertically)
Goob is a kind and sociable Toon. He is energetic and rather innocent, as shown in his interaction with Rodger, which shows that he doesn't strategically hug, he is a living plushie.
Finn is an energetic and extroverted Toon. He has an interest in sea life and likes to talk about it with the other Toons, especially in the form of puns much to their dismay.
Flutter is a butterfly with a pink, heart-shaped head and pink legs. She has two thin antennae topped with inverted, purple hearts. Flutter cannot talk.
Vee is a straightforward Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and shows off her superiority, as seen in some of her dialogues and interactions. She dates Shelly
Shelly is a beige Ammonite Shell with a black aperture usually seen on the left side of her head, although some artworks depict it on the right side. She dates Vee
Gigi is an excitable Toon who is always looking for the next fun adventure. As Gigi explores many places she often finds herself collecting fun items and souvenirs! Though she may not be one for sharing them.
Teagan's head is a white tea cup with a light yellow base, scalloped edge. She has golden eyeshadow and droopy, black eyes with two eyelashes on the bottom. She's Rodgers wife
Rodger is a smart Toon who thinks rather logically. He often likes to interrogate other Toons about themselves. However, he can be somewhat nosy about it. He's Teagan's husband
Shrimpo's head is an abdomen of a shrimp with a perpetually hot face. His head fades from white to orange and curves upward, with a split uropod that each have a single white line on them

Astro is a light blue crescent waning moon. The left side of his face is black with a white star eye. He wears a cornflower blanket wrapped around his torso, obscuring his arms to the point where they are barely visible as faint furrows in the blanket. He has four arms. He is Dazzle's husband.
Brightney is a lamp with a scalloped bell lampshade colored magenta with a white trim on top. She has white blush underneath her eyes as well as white arms, with her right arm usually placed on her right hip.

Pebble is a small rock-dog Toon with a fractured texture with smoothed out sides, underbelly, and back. His main body and tail are a dark gray while his four legs are a lighter shade of gray. He has a black nose and big, white eyes. Pebble only barks with sounds like "Woof" "Arf" and "Ruff".
Cosmo is a brown pastry resembling a roll cake. He has white icing drizzled in a squiggly pattern on top of his head paired with cyan, pink, and lime star-shaped sprinkles as freckles. He wears a white, sleeveless hoodie with black drawstrings and a white hemming on the bottom. He dates Sprout
Dazzle is always anxious but she seems to be more cheerful around her brother Razzle and her husband Astro. Dazzle is Astro's wife.
