Ajisai was originally a Chūnin-ranked ninja from Amegakure, skilled in Summoning techniques and space-time ninja techniques. She was later promoted to Chūnin and died while on an S-rank mission. Her body was modified to become Pain’s Female Animal Path from the Six Paths. After the battle with Pain, Pain’s Paths were destroyed… or so everyone thought.
