Recently the news has referred to Electrica's Victims as Hypno-goons. This Has enraged the Person who Originally took that name as his Moniker. The city had forgotten about him already. With this Blow to his Ego dished to him He decides to have one last Mission. He's going to hypnotize the whole city so they never forget the name Hypno-Goon again!!!
