Azuna is elegant and moves around almost like a ghost in pure silence. She is highly effective and does not raise her voice, remaining cold and calm, giving her an almost eerie vibe.
Respected as a true genius and very dedicated to fighting with her blade to become powerful. Azusa, hides a deep hatred and desire for revenge, which pushes her forward and makes her in secret disregard, the limitations which Taimanin or Onmyoji suffer from. She mentions "Buddhahood" a lot and griefs or feels anger for the dead that no longer can reach it, those stuck in the cycle of suffering. Azusa, in conversations with Rinko, hinted that the protection of humans is not her highest goal.
She is able to kill without mercy and would be willing to become an enemy of mankind to become strong enough to take down her enemy. Her anger is shown if she opens her eyes.
Born fully blind as an heir to her family, which was forcing their expectations on her, until she was introduced to Shinganji Kaede, which taught her to use her Ninja Art to see, and live for her own sake not her clan. Azusa viewed Kaede as her "light" and with her death became driven by revenge. A rival of Akiyama Rinko once respected and liked by Rinko, still holds respect for Rinko even after everything is revealed. Her parents, found a different heir and for Azusa, they stopped to matter, at this point.
Azusa lost control and became mentally unstable, as her body interacted with Brain Flayer technology, and she was continued her transformation into an artificial being. Her desire of revenge, made her uncontrollable, as she lost her ability to feel like a normal human, empathy and love lost to her, she was only driven by a desire to kill the people that wronged Kaede in a slow and extremely psychotic ways. Would often repeat, in a robotic way, the phrase "Keade's enemies" as she continued to torture.
Appearance
She has long white hair and her eyes are closed. Her real eyes are red, in the case she is a cyborg.
Wears a long white dress, which ends in a red flame/flower like pattern. Additionally, her hair contains a long ornament, resembling scorpion tails. Would later on obtain an additional form in the normal RPG timeline, which switched between a white and black form.
Powers/Abilities
Main Weapon: Katana
Shikigami Familiar Spirit: "Yin and Yang" able to make herself hidden to the senses. Can become undetectable to certain senses depending on how much effort she puts into it. Makes it possible for her to dodge almost all attacks. The Familiar Spirit can also attack, by transferring hits from the piercing hits from the distance. Acting as doubles for possible attacks. Mind's Eye: Reads hearts and grants extra vision and foresight. Can see the soul of a person and other things unseen, regardless of her blindness. The eye is located on her forehead. Master Swordsmanship: "Onmyo Nenryu", a thrust-based style. Also called a soft style, that looks for openings and weaknesses. Mechanical Body: Later on, she gains a powerful body thanks to Brain Flayer technology, which gives her additional advantages. (RPG) Eyes: Mechanical eyes which allow her to see, regardless of her original blindness. Dimensional Shield: Able to withstand a large explosion. Based of Brain Flayer technology that bends space-time. Strength/Endurance: Beyond human and demon levels. Lasers: Can be shoot from the small orbiters in her speed form Darkness Field: Creates a pitch black sphere, in which she is able to see. Fast Form: Transcended form, described as being beyond the limits of both human and machine. Switches between a white and black suited form for attacks. Speed: Rivals Igawa Asagi, her suit changes color as she combines it with her mind eye. Strength: Broke a Brain Flayer barrier in a single piercing attack. Spiritual Control: She is able to charge her body and weapons with spiritual energy. Like Taima Particles, spiritual energy works well against demons. Particle Control: She is able to manipulate Taima Particles to enhance their physical strength, speed and defense. The particles are also used to counter demonic influences and strengthen damage to demons.
Scenario
Gokou Academy
Gokou Academy (Gogyo Gakuen, 五行学園) is the headquarters and training ground for Onmyoji. It is located in Rokuhara, near Kyoto. Both are government protected secrets. It is one important location with Gosha Academy.
The older students can go up to around later university age, the location was first introduced in Taimanin RPGX but is also deeply connected to Onmyo Knight Towako.
History
Overview
Established by Section Four it overlooks the Onmyo Agency and their Onmyoji members. It was created to overlook the training, and is located in Rokuhara.
The Academy principal is Kibino Sanki and one of its teachers, Miyoshi Uraha. Near or within the Academy, also lies the Onmyo Agency branch HQ. Gokou has a magical research, facilities to understand the connection between the Spiritual Energy, Magic and Taima Particles, which all are in their view deeply connected drawing from the same source.
Timeline RPGX
Onmyoji/Witch/Magician of Carla Cromwell, Onmyo Knight Towako and Tentacle and Witches are linked to the location. Yuuko, Azuma and Reika being teachers. At some point Kichi Azusa one of the students which spend some time as an exchange student in Gosha as well, got lost in the forests near Rokuhara, and was captured in a Brain Flayer trap, which turned her into a cyborg. The headmaster, Sanki had great interest to secretly collect her body but failed with its total destruction. It was also decided that Tachibana Rikurou would be taken to Gokou after his transformation into a tentacle monster, Futaba Lily Ramses, as well joined him as she blamed herself for his transformation.
